A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CITY CLERK -TREASURER AS THE CIVIL RIGHTS
COMPLIANCE OFFICER.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City Clerk -Treasurer of the City of
Kalispell shall be the Civil Right's Compliance Officer for
the City of Kalispell.
SECTION 11. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage by the City Council and approval by the Mayor.
