Re: QPR Training Work Session
Meeting Date: November 8, 2021
BACKGROUND: At a recent meeting, Mayor Johnson presented the opportunity to the
Council to participate in a training from the Veterans Coalition of Northwest Montana on the
QPR (Question, Persuade, and Refer) program related to suicide prevention. Council agreed and
the training has been set for the November 8 work session.
The room will be arranged in a traditional training fashion with Council seated in the public
space to allow for the broadcast of the presentation.
