OLD BUSINESS:
Kalispell Tap and Games - 2400 Hwy 93 S: remodel to arcade/tap house – Public Works received new
stormwater drawings 10/27/21. This will be on the agenda next week.
Owl View Ph 2 Building 2 - 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building – Nothing new. This will be on the
agenda next week.
Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Public Works received a new submittal on 10/26/21. This will
be on the agenda next week.
Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building. Waiting on resubmittals.
This will be on the agenda next week.
Black Kaiju/Black Rifle Coffee – 305-313 2nd Ave W; new coffee shop, remodeled office, studio, and
residential apartment. Keith noted that they have done some demo work without the
construction/stormwater permit. Pretreatment comments sent out on 10/11/21. This will be on the agenda
next week.
3rd Ave East Apartments - 2015 3rd Ave E- 48-unit apartment complex – Nothing new. This will be on
the agenda next week.
Whitefish Credit Union - 2000 Hwy 93 S; new credit union with drive thru – Rachel received the FAA
letter as well as the letter from The Hilton Garden Inn. Public Works has not received the encroachment
agreement from MDT. This will be on the agenda next week.
The Silos - 501 W Center St; Apartment buildings A&B – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next
week.
Flathead Liquor Addition- 1121 Hwy 2 W; 880 sq ft storage addition – Waiting on updated parking lot
layout. This will be on the agenda next week.
Clark Hyundai Addition- 2955 Hwy 93 S; additions to existing dealership – Public Works is ready to
sign off. Other departments are still under review. New drive isle and parking changes discussed. This
will be on the agenda next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Landings at Two Mile Ph 2 – 417 Two Mile Dr; revisions to previously approved site plan prior to
Phase 2 construction – revisions approved per site plan shown.
