District for the fiscal year 1587-88 is estimated to be $171,723.00.-
IMERZAS, at a public hearing held on the 5th day of August 1987, the
City Council did consi6er all objections made to said estimate and to the
tasis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
IM, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED V1 TQ CITY,COUNCIL OF-Tr�r, C1qY OF
KALISPELL, NOIZANN:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$171,723.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special asselsment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION W. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the
district except public streets or rights of way:

SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a propCr copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by lay.
