wHEPEA , that the assessment cost of the Storm Sewer P•?aintenance
District for the fiscal year 1987-88 is estioated to be $173,473.00.
Z-71-=2,S, at a public hearing held on the 5th day of I,ugust 1987, the
City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate and to the -
basis of levy and assessment for payment for said cost.
N(X1, TITEREFO-IRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY_ OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$173,473.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in an amount per square foot of lot or parcel of land within the
district except public streets or rights of way:

SECTION III. The Cite Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
