AND AJLEYS IN TUE CITY SPECIAL LIC-11TING DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
1987-88.
TIMEPEM, that the assessment cost of the Special Lighting District for
the fiscal year 1987-88 is estimated to be $44,189.00.
MEREAS, at a public hearing held on the 5th day of August 1987, the
City Council did consider all objections rade to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assesshient for payment for said cost.
10-7, THEMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE $ CITY COUIML OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL, bXMANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$45,189.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amotuit of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the antount of $.90102 per square foot of lot or parcel of land
within the district except public.streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper cor-nr of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROvED BY THE
MAYOR THIS 10TH DAY OF AUGUST 1987.
