FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1987-88.
�'IUEPF,AS, that the assessment cost of the Special Mlaintenance District #1
for the fiscal year 1987-88 is estinated to be $157,980.00.
07WAS, at a public hparing held on the 5th day of AuSust 1987, the
City Council did consider all objections made to said estimate and to the
basis of levy and assessment for payuent for said cost.
XW, THEREFORE, BE IT REsaLVED BY THE 0 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the assessment cost, or
$157,980.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each lot or
parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment lists on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the amount of $.0027 per square foot of lot or parcel of land
within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY THE
P[ANOR THIS 10TH DAY OF AUGUST 1987.
