BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUIr-IL OF TFE CITY OF IMISPELL AS FOLL(MS:
SE'MON I. Pursuant to the autbority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4403, BCA, the boundaries of Special 171aintenance District No.
1., a -re hereby altered to include therein a-11 areas. within tbe Citv of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1987 and in which maintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No. 1035, is being perforimed by t�ie City directly or under a
contract therefore.
