BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TYE CITY OF IMISPELL AS FOLL(MS:
4SESON I. Pursuant to the authority granted to the City Council by
Section 7-12-4403, BCA, the boundaries of Special I•aiintenance District No.
l., are hereby altered to include therein all areas. within .the City of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1987 and in which maintenance, as defined in
Ordinance No. 1035, is being perforimed by tree City directly or under a
contract therefore.
