The following changes are hereby made to the Contract Documents:
Change in cost and quantity of pavement replacement item;
additional items at lift station; additional seeding and
insulation over sewer service lines.
Justification: See attached explanation f�zr each of the
above -noted changes.
CHANGE TO CONTRACT PRICE:
Ori-ainal Contract Price: 8249,707.00
Current contract, as adjusted by previous change orders:
$253,771.89
The Contract Price due to this Chance Order will be increased by
$26,537.28.
The new Contract Price due to this Change Order will be:
$280,309.17.

The date for completion of all work under the contract will
remain May 1, 1987.
