WHEREAS, th,� City has in its commis -Sion Fund a balance

WEEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and -required to transfei, funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
General Fund.
NOW, THE'lREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
That tbe City Clerk70 easuter is hereby authorized and direct ed
to transfer the amount: Of $12�704.39 f -f om the
Government Study
Commission Fund to the Genplal Fund.
