WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized arid required to transfer funds
f-rom one fund to an3ther fund only by resolution 0- ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
