A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY -CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM S. I. D. REVOLVING -FUND TO
S.I.D. 322 —FUND.
WHEREAS, the City has in \ its __ S-11.D. 322 Fund a b-alance
of $ 221.84 . and
WHEREAS,. said Fund is inactive, and the Bonds are paid off and thexe are
no delinquent taxes receivable,
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfer funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, mrl
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to bs the
S.I.D. Revolving Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of tN-_ _U4-uy Of
Kalispell as follows:
That the City Clerk-Treas-urer is hereby authorized and dim-p-lilad
to transfer the amount of 221.84 f -r-mm the
S.I.D. Revolving Fund to the S. I. D. 322
