A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY -CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS
FROM S. 1. D. 308
FUND TO S.I.D. REVOLVING FUND.
WHEREAS, the City has in its . S. I. D. 3 08 Fund a 5,a,lance
of $ 3,522.69 and
WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and the Bonds are paid off.
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfem, funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
SID Revolving Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as foll'ows:
That the City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and direett-jad
to transfer the amount of $ �3,522.69 frout the
S. I. D. 308 Fund to the S.I.D. Reyolving Fund.
