A RESOLUTION AWARDTNG THE SALE OF SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT D1S7rRTCT NO.
337 BONDS TO DATN BOSWORTH, INCORPORATED, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR,
CITY CLERK -TREASURER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO EFFECTUATE THE SALE.
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1986, the City Cexmcil of the
City of Kalispell� passed Resolution No. 3692, providing -for the sale
of bonds for Special Improvement District No. 337, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolutio-b'No. 3692 the City CleTk-rreasurer
caused a Notice of Sale of Special Improvement District Ban&,, City
of Kalispell, Montana, to be published in the Daily Laft-i- L.-*e on
October 8, October 15, October 22, And October 29, 19MI, a copy of
said Notice being attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, the City Council pursuant to said Notice received bids on
the sale of said bonds and opened said bids at its regularly sanduled
Council Meeting held November 3, 1986, and
WHEREAS, Dain Bosworth, Incorporated, submitted a bid to -pmc�hase
"Special Improvement District Bonds, Number 337".
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KALISPELL, CITY COUNCIL
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the City Council of the City of Ka1fLxqpl1
accepts the bid of Dain Bosworth, Incorporated, undeT the
terms and conditions of that certain letter dated Navenber
3, 1986, a copy of said letter being attached beEra-�tLa) as
Exhibit "B".
SECTION IT. That the Mayor, City Clerk -Treasurer -iEntb CXty
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to preW,�e2 and
execute the documents necessary to finalize the saleof-said
bonds to Dain Bosworth, Incorporated, in accordaraip -Ath
Resolution No. 3692 and the offer made by Dain Rmworth,
Incorporated.
