PURPOSE OF TOTALLY FUNDING A SANITARY SEWER MAIN WTTH SEM-CELTO THE
PROPERTY LINE BEGTNNING AT SECOND STREET EAST, SOUTH ALONG COLLEGF_
AVENUE, SYLVAN DRTVE, SYLVAN COURT AND PARK HILL COURT, AND710 MY-TIALLY
FUND THE COST OF A LIFT STATION AND SANITARY SEWER FORCE PI&IF. TO BE
LOCATED IN WOODLAND PARK, ALL SAID PROPERTY LOCATED 19 XMI-SPELL,
FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA, AND ENCOMPASSES THAT CERTAIN MMAIRSCRIBED
IN EXHIBIT "A".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPE�L, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 1986, the City C=mc4j-L of the
City of Kalispell did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3691. emviratled "L
Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improvement ftsMict No-
337"; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk -Treasurer of said City did gime WELice of
the passage of said Resolution by publishing the same fkx- Mke (51
successive days in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper VnElished

persons having real property in said district; and
WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of November, 1986, at the vu7xt regulzr

NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kalispel-T flms:
SECTION I. Create Special

certain area described in ExhibiT "A".
SECTION IT. The City Council shall charge the expenses of"the work
for the improvements to lots not fronting on the above nau&,A- avenues,
and streets, as well as lots abutting the improvement because the
lots not fronting on the improvement are benefited by the improvement
and the installation of a sewer line and force main iii� tke area is
more than of local or ordinary benefit.
SECTION III. The district's share of the estimated cosa- of said
improvements is $125,000. The cost of said improveme%Lz, shall be
assessed against all of the property within the district as follows:
A) Fifty per cent (50%) of the district's portina- cft. the
cost of constructing and installing the sanitary sewr main,
lift station and force main shall be assessed agafimmft� each
lot or parcel of land within said district for its proqmTLLon
of half of the whole cost which its area bears to thp area
of the entire district.
B) Fifty per cent (50%) of the district's cost of constToLuting
and installing the sanitary sewer lift station md fx�Tce
main shall be assessed by determining the lots froari2-Wupon
the improvement and assessing each lot as its frontaVe bLears
to half of the whole cost of the improvement. LcrjL-,' not
fronting shall be assessed based upon an average frmt-!n&__of
those lots fronting the improvement.
C) The cost of constructing and installing service cmwe=!1iDns
to the property lines sball be assessed upon a lusnp sum
based upon the bid price in the improvement district ecTilrart

and assessed against only the lots, tracts and parcels of
land served by the utility connections.
SECTTON TV. The costs of said improvements shall be paid in full
upon the.completion of the contract, or shall be paid in thirty (30)
equal semi-annual installments, extended over a period of fifteen
(15) years.
