This more restrictive version of the alternatives you considered which provides 300-foot buffering requirements, administrative conditional use permits, and restricting uses to industrial zones, is best suited to our community and business environment. As one of the largest employers in Kalispell and the Flathead Valley that is actively working on recruiting businesses and individuals to move here, it is apparent to us that minimizing the presence of marijuana operations should enhance the success of these efforts. Sincerely, Mike Smith, President Glacier Bank Joe Unterreiner Business Development Officer Office: 406.758.4397 1 Cell:406.249.2046 202 Main Street I PO Box 27 1 Kalispell, MT 59903 JUnterreiner@glacierbank.com www.glacierbank.com 1 This email message is for the sole use of the intended recipient(s) and may contain confidential and privileged information.
