A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSNE'r;T FOR THE COST OF SPECIAL riAINTENANCE FOR
THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING THE STFEETS AND AVENUES OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1936-87.
WHEREAS, that the assessment cost of the
Special Maintenance District

for the fiscal year 1986--87 is estimated to
be $135,0021.00.
UTEREAS, at a public hearing held on the
6th day of August 1986,
the
City Council did consider all objections wade
to said estimate and to
the
basis of levy and assessment for payment for
said cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COLRICIL OF THE CITY
OF
KALISPELL, MONTANA: !
SECTION 1. That a tax be levied'
for the assessment cost,
or
$135,004.00, be in the amounts set opposite
the description of each lot
or
parcel of land, as shorn by the special
assessment lists on file in
the
office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II. The amount of said tax shall be levied proportionately on an
area basis in the amount of $.00E3 per square foot of lot or parcel of land
within the district except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper copy of this
resolution to the City Treasurer as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY THE
MAYOR THIS 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 1986.
