A RESOLUTTON AUTHORTZTNG THE CTTY-CLERK TREASURER TO TRANSFER FUNDS

WHEREAS, the City has in its pil SorinkliT12 Fund a balance
Of QJ62-31 9 and�
WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and required to transfer funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution pr ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
Special Maintenance Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
That the City Cleyk-Treasurer is heyeby authorized and directed
to transf er the arDOunt Of $ 2_ 46 2. 31 f rom the
Oil Sprinkling Fund to the Special Maintenance Fund.
