WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authoxized and required to transfer funds
Rom one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an. appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
That the City Clerk-Tweasurer is heyeby authorized and di-rected
to transfer the amount of $ 1,119.19 the
Capital Imp I rv. Street Fund to the GeneTal Fund.
