WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorizad and required to transfer funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, ark appnopTiate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell as follows:
That the City Clerk-Tweasorew is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer the amount Of $ 287.18 from the
Capital 1mrTv. Fire Fund to the _--jarkeral Fund.
