A RESOLUTION AUTHORTZTNG THE CTTY-CLERK TRE'ASURER TO TRA.NIFER FUNDS

WHEREAS, the City has in its Water Sprinkling Fund a balance
of $ 40. 05 and
WHEREAS, said Fund is inactive, and
WHEREAS, the City is authorized and xequi-red to transfer funds
from one fund to another fund only by resolution or ordinance, and
WHEREAS, an appropriate fund to transfer said Fund to is the
S_pecial �Iaintenance Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE be it xesolved by the City Council of the City Of
Kalispell as follows:
