A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 338.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council. of the City of Kalispell, in
compliance with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on the
19th day of May, 1986, create Special Improvement District No. 338 of

- of Kalispell. for the purpose of constructing and paving
Kinshella Street from the intersection of Kinshelr'a Street and Husky
Street to the intersection of Kitishel.1-a Street and Two Mile Drive and
in all of' that area included in, and in accordance with the terms and
conditions as specified in Resolutions No. 3644 and No. 3655; and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell Director of Public Works has prepared
plans and specifications for said construction.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1. That the City Clerk-Treasuter forthwith call for
bids tar the construction ip accordance with the laws of the
State of Montana.
SECTION Il. That the Notice of said Call for Bids be. in
substantial form of and contain the provisions of Exhibit
"A" attached hereto.

AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 19th DAY OF MAY, 1986.
