A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 338 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAVING KINSHELLA STREET FROM THE INTERSECTION OF KINSHELLA
STREET AND HUSKY STREET TO THE INTERSECTION OF KINSHELLA STREET AND
TWO MILE DRIVE, CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April-, 1986, the City Council of the
City of Kalispell did pass and adopt Resolution No. 3644, a Resolution
of Intention to Create Special Improvement District No. 338; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk -Treasurer of said City did give notice of
the passage of said Resolution by publishing same for five (5) successive
days in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper published in Kalispell,
Montana, beginning on April 28, 1986, true copies of said Notice were
mailed to all persons having real property within said district; and

WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 1986, at the next regular meeting
of the City Council, the Council did conduct a hearing on said
Resolution No. 3644, and no protests, written or oral., were made or
presented against creating said Special Improvement District No. 338.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Kalispell does
hereby create Special Improvement District No. 338 for the purpose of
paving Kinshella Street from the intersection of Kinshella Street and
Husky Street to the intersection of Kinshella Street and Two Mile
Drive, City of Kalispell, Montana, and in and effecting the certain
areas described as follows:
Gateway West, Parcel 2, Parcel 8, and Parcel 9 being on the
east and west sides of Kinshella Street between Husky Street
and Two Mile Drive.
The approximate cost of said improvement is estimated to be fifty
thousand dollars ($50,000.00). Cost of said improvement shall be

assessed against all. of the 7_ots of the property within the district
by determining the lot's frontage upon the above right-of-way and
assessing each lot as its frontage bears to the whole cost of the
improvements in the area of the district as set forth in said Resolution
of Intention hereinabove referred to, and may be paid in full upon
completion of the contract, or in twenty (20) equal semi-annual install-
ments extending over a period of ten (10) years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF MAY, 1986 BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR.
