A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CREATE SPEf,4-AL -IMPROVIEMENT DISTRICT NO.
338.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA-:.
SECTION 1. That it is the intention of the r-;c-.y Counclldr__W��_�

attached 'h-e—reto and by this reference made a-pg-rt her-6-of.
SECTION 11. - That the general &h—ara6ter of the improvements
to be made in said proposed Special Improvement District --is- -
the paving of Kinshella Street from the intersection of
Kinshella Street and Husky Street to the intersection of
Kinshella Street and Two Mile Drive, City of Kalispell
Montana.
SECTION III. That the estimated cost of said improvement is
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
SECTION IV. That the enti-re cost and expense of said improve-
ment shall be assessed against each lot or parcel of land
within said district bordering on or abutting said Kinshella
Street, in proportion to the lineal feet abutting or bordering
said Kinshella Street.
SECTION V. That said assessment shall be paid in full upon
completion of the contract, or shall be paid in twenty (20)
equal semi-annual installments, hereby exte.nded over a period
of ten (10) years. Said assessment shall constitute a
fund to be wn as the Special Improvement District No. 338
Fund.
SECTION VI. That said improvements shall be paid for in
Special Improvement District warrants issued against said
district in sums not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500-00)
each, bearing interest at the rate that is no greater than
allowed by the laws of the State of Montana from the date of
registration until called for redemption or paid in full.
SECTION VII. That an the 18th day of May
1986, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall
in Kalispell, Montana, at a regular meeting thereof, the
City Council will hear and pass on any protests that may be
made against the making of said improvements or the creation
of said district..
SECTION VIII. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to give the.proper notice of said passage of this resolution
by publication and mailing as required by law, such publication
t� be made in a daily newspaper published in the City of
Kalispell, Montana.

MONTANA, THIS 7th DAY OF APRIL, 1986.
