A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF
KALISPELL LOCATED IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 21 WEST,
P.M.M., FLATHEAD COUNTY, MONTANA, AS IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
IN EXHIBIT "A", TO BE DESIGNATED AS THE BOUNTIFUL DRIVE ADD DITION NO.
198, TO FIX A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE
PUBLICATION OF A NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, in the judgement of the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, it is in the best interest of said City and the inhabitants
of certain real
property situated outside
the
corporate boundaries of
Kalispell, but
contiguous thereto, that
said
property be considered
for annexation
by the City Council of the
City
of Kalispell, and
WHEREAS, said real property is located in Section 6, Township 28
North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., being more particularly described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and for purposes of this Resolution made
a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell has the authority
under Title 7, Chapter 2, Part 43, M.C.A., to extend the corporate
limits of the City of Kalispell in accordance with the procedure set
forth therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That it is the intention of the City of Kalispell
that certain real property located in Section 6, Township 28
North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, (to
be designated as the Bountiful Drive Addition No. 198) shall
be considered for annexation to the City of Kalispell. Said
territory is more particularly described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and for purposes of this Resolution made a
part hereof.
SECTION II.
A Public Hearing on said proposed
annexation
will be held
by the Kalispell City Council at
its regular
meeting held
in the Council Chambers, Kalispell
City Hall,
commencing at
7:30 P.M. on the 19th day of May,
1986.
SECTION III. That the City Clerk -Treasurer shall forthwith
prepare notices (1) to be mailed to all owners and purchasers
under Contracts for Deed of the property in the territory to
be embraced, and ( 2 ) to publish in . the Daily Inter Lake, a
daily newspaper published at Kalispell, Montana, proper notices
of said Public Hearing.

All and singular, that certain piece, parcel or tract of land
situated, lying and being in Lot 14, Section 6, Township 28
North, Range 21 West of the P. M. M., being more particularly
described as follows:
Consisting of a strip of land 60 feet in width for
road purposes, and being 30 feet on each side of the
following -described center line: being at the inter-
section at the center line of Claremont Street of
Highland Park, a plat of which is on record and on file
in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Flathead
County, Montana, with a southerly boundary of Lot 14,
aforesaid Section, Township and Range; thence North 3°
01'East, a distance of 170.34 feet; thence North 89'
24'East, a distance of 302.72 feet; thence North 3°
01'East, a distance of 226.04 feet to a point. Con-
taining .0965 acres more or less.
