A RESOLUTION TO ALTER THE BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL MAINTENANtE DISTRiCT
NO. i.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the authority granted the City Council by
S'e--ction7-12-4403, M.C.A., the boundaries of Special Maintenance District
No. I are hereby altered to include therein all areas within the City of
Kalispell as of January 1, 1985, and in which maintenance, as defined
in Ordinance No. 1035, is being performed by the City directly or
under a contract therefore.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL THIS 12TH DAY
OF AUGUST, 1985.
