A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IMPROVEMENT DRAWINCS AND FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLAT OF "HAWTHORNE WEST NO. IV SUBDIVISION".
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell by Resolution No. , 3546 did
review and conditionally approve the Preliminary Plat. of Hawthorne West subdivision
on the Sth day of November, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the OWNERS of said property have since the 5th day of November,
1985, arranged for the development of "Hawthorne West No. IV Subdivision" as
townhouses and have signed a Subdividers Improvement Agreement with the City of
Kalispell assuring that all public utilities, services and roads shall be constructed
in accordance with City Standards.
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Kalispell that the
owners have complied substantially with all the requirements of the Preliminary Plat
approval granted in Resolution No. 3546 and the City of . Kalispell Subdivision
Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell as
follows:
1) That the Improvement Drawings submitted in connection with the
Hawthorne West Ro. IV Subdivision are hereby approved.
2) That the Final Plat as submitted, with accompanying documents, is
hereby approved for filing.
