RESOLUTION NO. 3560
A RMOLUTION TO PROVIDE poR TEE PAINT STRIPING OF . CERTAIN STREETS By THE
MONTANA MEPARDIOT OF HIGHWAYS,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Kalispell, in its -regular
meeting duly assembled on the 17th day of December, 1984 determined that it
is the best interests for the public -welfare of the citizens -of the City of
Kalispell to adopt Resolution No. 3560 providing for the paint striping
of certain City streets, effective J-aly 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985;
NOW, TBEREFORE, be it resolved:
SECTION I. It is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Kalispell that the City enter into and execute an agreement with the
Montana State Highway Commission, Belena, Montana whereby the Montana
Department of Highways paint stripes on certain City streets within
the City of Kalispell, during the year beginning July 1, 1984 through
June 30, 1985.
SECTION II. That the Mayor be authorized by the City Council to
execute and sign such agreements and to make payments from the pruper
funds for the execution of this Resolution.
