RESOLUTION NO. 35LO
A RESOLUTION LEVYING AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST 0.' LIGii—.- —
STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICT FOR THE
YEAR 1984.
WHEREAS, that the entire cost of the Special Lighting District
for the year 1984 is estimated to be $8,000.00,
and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing.held on the 8th day of August,
1984-, the City.Council did consider all object io ns made to said
estimate and to the basis of levy and assessment for payment for
said cost.
NOWi THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
SECTION I. That a tax be levied for the total cost, or
$8,000.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of each
lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment list�;
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION II.. The amount of said tax shall be levied propoiti' 6n-
ately on an area basis in the amount of $0.00018 per square foot
of lot or parcel of land within the district except public streets
or rights of way.
SECTION 111. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a proper
copy of this resolution.to the City Treasurer'as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND
APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 13th DAY OF AUGUST 1984.
