Council by Section 7-12-44031 WA, the boundaries of Special
Malatenance District No. 1 axe hereby altered to include therein
all areas within the City of ]Kalispell as of Jan 1, 1984, and
in which maintenance, as defined in Ordinance No. 1035, is being
performed by the City directly or under a contract therefore.
