A RESOLUTION TO ESTBUTE TEE COST OF SMIAL MAINTENANCE ON SPECIAL
YO.INTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING THE
STREET,3 AND AVENUES OF TEE cITY OF KALISPELL, AND THE INTENTION 01?
IK=G AND ASSESSING THE COST TMMOF FOR TEE YFAR 1984.
BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY 02 KALISPELLO MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
. SECITION I. That the entire cost of the Special Maintenance
District No. I for the year 1984 is established to be $180,746-00,
and the City has cash on band of $14,950-00 for this purpose.
SECTION II. That it is the intention of -the City Council to
levy and assess a tax in the amount set opposite the description of
each lot or parcel of land within said district as shown by the
special assessment lists on file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied on a
proportionate area basis at -the rate of S.0024 per square foot
thereof.
SECTION TV. The City Council will hold a public hearing on
said intent of levy and assessment before final adoption theTeof; said
public -hearing shall be held at the regular meeting of the City Council
to be held in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 P-. M- on the 6-th day
of August 1984.
The City Ole rk will give notice.Of said public hearing as provided by
law.
