RESOLUTION No. 3526 A
A RESOLUTION TO ESTIMATE THE COST OF LIGHTI11IG THE STRMTS AND
ALLEYS IN THE CITY SPECIAL LIGHTING DISTRICTt AND OF THE INTENTION
OF L'9=G AND ASSESSING THE COST THEREOF POR M YEAR 1984.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY 02' KALISPELL, MONTANA�
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the entire cost of the City Special
Lighting District for the year 1984 is estimated to be $98,000.00.
SECTION II. That it is the intention of the City Council
to levy and assess a tax for said cost, or $98,000-00, in the
amounts set opposite the description of each lot or parcel of land
within said district as shown by the special assessment lists on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION III. The amount of said tax shall be levied orL an
area basis in the amount of $0.00226 per square foot', or $16-05
for each 7100 squaxe foot or parcel of land within the district.
SECTION IV. The City Council will hold.a public hearing
on said intent to levy and assess before final adoption thereof;
said public hearing shall be held at the budget meeting of the
City Council to be held in the City Council Chambers at 7:30 P- M-
on August 8, 1984.
