PRESS RELEASE: TERMINATION OF EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION
The Office of City Manager of the City of Kalispell, in accordance with MCA §10-3-402, hereby issues the termination
of the COVID-19 emergency proclamation that it issued on April 6, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 emergency
proclamation of the Governor's Office for the State of Montana. This termination is based upon the dictates of MCA
§10-3-402(3), the termination of the COVID-19 emergency proclamation of the Governor's Office for the State of
Montana issued on June 30, 2021, and the findings therein.
