This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Foot & Ankle — 58 Village Loop; new office. PW sent comments out, waiting on resubmittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition — 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Chipotle — 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Planning comments have all been addressed. PW will be sending out comments today. This will be on the agenda next week. Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Storm/sewer design is still under review by Public Works. PW sent out an email to the civil engineer and they will advise client of requirements. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Planning is satisfied with sidewalk; PW still needs to review. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. PW has not received civils, so they are reviewing the site plan. Agency Exemption is scheduled for Board of Adjustment meeting on 6/29/21 @ 7pm. This will be on the agenda next week. The Warming Center — 189 N Meridian; homeless shelter. Received an updated landscape plan. This has passed through site review. City of Kalispell Police Search Building — 1428 1 St Ave W; new police storage building. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. FHS Sophomore parking lot — 740 5th Ave W; parking lot expansion. Received a new set of plans. Planning and PW comments have been addressed. This has passed through site review. Costco ADA parking- 2330 Highway 93 N; establish and restripe handicapped parking spaces. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. RDO- 3145 Hwy 93 S; enclose existing covered outdoor storage. Tentative meeting scheduled with Porch Construction and A2Z Engineering to hopefully solve issues. This will be on the agenda next week. Glacier Eye - 155 Timberwolf Parkway; new medical office. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Northwest Energy — 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
