coffee shop, podcast recording studio, outdoor venue. Committee

PRELIMINARY COMMENTS The Silos Ph 1— 505 W Center
St; new multifamily residential. Ned Halling in attendance as
representative. He went through the preliminary drawings for the
committee. Above grade parking is on the 1 St level and residential
units on the top three levels. Committee feels this is a very
important site because of its location on the Park -line Trail as well
as for its historical significance. Entrance from the trail should be
more than just a walkway. Should have lots of open
space/courtyard on the trail. Feels there is too much parking space.
Would like to see more of the silos and mural exposed. The back
of the parking garage should not face the trail.
