A RESOLUTIORTO APPROVE THE PPELIMINARY PLAT OF A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF KALISPELL, THE �PESUBDIVISION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 102 OF
THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF KALISPELL, MONTANA, TO BE KNOWN AS "THE
RESUBIDIVION OF LOT 1, BLOCK 102 KALISPELL ORIGINAL ADDITION.
WHEREAS, Kathryn K. walteTskirchen, Jacqueline Louise Bis,so%matte
and Joan Margaret Dyer., the owners of Lot 1, Block 102 of the Original
Townsite of Kalispell, Montana, have petitioned for the approvel
of the subdivision of said premises to be known as "The Resubdivision
of Lot 1, Block . 102 of the Ori ' ginal Townsite of Kalispell, Monta-na'."
and all persons having an interest in said premises have, in writing,
consented to the subdivision of said premises, as required by Section
76-3-612, M.C.A.,--and
WHEREAS, said subdivision does qualify for.summary review and
approval under the -Provisions of the Subdivision Re140ationa,:6f,-:,
the City of Kalispell as now in effect. arA
. WHEREAS, the Flathead Regional Development Office has reviewed
and recommended the City approve such subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in considering this request has
found, from the preliminary plat and evidence relating thereto,
that said subdivision is in the public interest, and in making such
findings, the Council has considered and weighed (a) the basis of
the need for the subdivision; (b) expressed public opinion; (c)
effects on agriculture; (d) effects on local services; (e) effects
on taxation; (f) effects on wildlife habitat; and (g) effects on
the public health and safety.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
SECTION I. The application for appro val, of Kathryn K. Walter-
skircHe-n, Jacqueline Louise Bissonnette and Joan Margaret Dyer,
for the preliminary plat of a subdivision of a Resubdivision of
Lot 1, Block 102, Original Townsite of Kalispell, Montana, is he'reby
approved and the same shall be hereinafter known as "The"ResubdivI-sion
of Lot 1, Block 102, Original Townsite of Kalispell, Montana", su-bject
to the following conditions:
1. That a maintenande and service agreelmieil-E'for the waf�i4T—
and sewer lines between Lots 1-A and 1-B be recorded.
SECTION II. The classification of said premises under the
.Kalispell To—ning Ordinance.shall not be changed.by this action.
SECTION III. That no portion of said premises need be dedicated
to the CitT -for park purposes.
SECTION IV. That upon proper review and filing of the final
plat of said division in the Office of the Flathead County Clerk
and Recorder, said premises shall be a subdivision of the City of
Kalispell.
