A RESOLUTION LE�Z_N_� AN ASSESSMENT FOR THE COST OF SPECIAL
MAINTENANCE ]FOR THE "_RPOSE OF MAINTAINING- -THE STREETS AND
AVENUES OF THE CITY OF "-LIS - P-ELL FOR THE YEAR. 1983.
WHEREAS, gh-a t the ent-ire cost- 0- f --t-h-4-Sipee 1aJ_ - Maintenance
District for tike year 1983 is estimated to be $160,J57.00,
and
WHEREAS,at a pahlic hearing held oe the 19th day of
September, 1983, the Gity Council did const.der all objections
made to said: estimat.e. and to the b-asis of levy and assessment

BY THE CITY -COUNCIL OF
SECTION I� That a tax be levied for the-t6tal cost, or
$160,757.00, be in the amounts set opposite the description of
each lot or parcel of land, as shown by the special assessment
lists onfile in the office of the City Clerk.
__________.SECTI_0 - N II. The amount of said tax shall be levied pro-
portionately- on -an area basis in the amount of $.0024 per
square foot of lot or parcel of land within the district
except public streets or rights of way.
SECTION III. The City Clerk will forthwith furnish a
proper copy of this resolution to the City Treasurer as
provided by law.

APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 19th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.
