RESOLUTION NO. 3494A
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CALL FOR BIDS FOR SPECIAL LIGHTING
DISTRICT NO. 11.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Kalispell, in compliance
with the statutes of the State of Montana, did, on the 6th day of June, I ' 983, create
Special Lighting District No. 11 of the City of Kali -_ spell for the construction and
erection of 21 metal standard street lights in the Sunset Addition of the City of
Kalispell and I*n all of that area included in, and in accordance with the terms and.
conditions as specified in Resolution No. 3467A and 3494; and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell has prepared the plans and specifications for
said construction.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED:
1. That the City Clerk -Treasurer forthwith call for bids for said con-
struction in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana.
2. That Notice of said call for bids be in the substantial form of and
contain the provisions of Exhibit "All attached hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
AND APPROVED BY THE MAYOR THIS 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1983.
