RESOLUTION NO. 3490
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE BOUNDARIES OF SPECIAL
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS --
SECTION I. Pursuant to the authority granted
the City Council by Section 7-12-4402, MCA, the
boundaries of Special Maintenance District No. I
are hereby established to include therein all
areas within the City of Kalispell as of July 1,
1983, and in which maintenance,.as defined in
Ordinance No. 1035 , is being performed,.by
the City directly or under a contract therefore.
