A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF MORGEN & OSWOOD CONSTRUCTION COM-
PANY, INC., OF GREAT FALLS, MONTANA, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CITY OF KALISPELL'S WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, AWARDING THE CON-
TRACT FOR SAID CONSTRUCTION TO MORGEN & OSWOOD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN CONTRACT DOCU-
MENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Kalispell
as follows:
SECTION I. That in accordance with Resolution No. 3474,
passed by the City Council of the City of Kalispell, on
the lst day of August, 1983, the City hereby accepts the
bid of Morgen & Oswood Construction Company, Inc. for
construction of the City of Kalispell's Wastwater Treat-
ment Plant.
SECTION II. That the City Council hereby awards the
contract for construction of said plant to Morgen &
Oswood Construction Company, Inc.
SECTION III. That the Mayor of the City of Kalispell is
authorized to execute all contract documents necessary
to commence and complete construction of said plant.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL AND APPROVED
BY THE MAYOR THIS 6TH DAY or SEPTEMBER, 1983.
