RESOLUTION NO. 3488
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF TRI-CO EQUIPMENT, INC. OF KAL-
ISPELL. MONTANA, TO SUPPLY TO THE CITY OF KALISPELL A "SLUDGE HAULING
VEHICLE CONSISTING 0 . F A TRACTOR TRUCK AND A TANKER TRAILER", AWARDING
CONTRACT FOR SUPPLYING SAID "SLUDGE HAULING VEHICLE" TO TRI-CO ZQUIP-
MENT, INC.,, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS'ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City nf Kalispell
as follows:
SECTION I. That in accordance with Resolution No. 3475.
passed by the City Council of the City of Ka-lisiDell on
the lst day nf,August, 1983. the City hereby accepts the
bid of Tri-Co Equipment, Inc., to SUDplV to the.City of
Kalispell a "Sludge Hauling Vehicle consisting of a..tractor
truck and a tank trailer".
SECTION II. That the City Council hereby awards the con-
tract to supplv said "Sludge Hauling Vehicle" to Tri-Co
Equipment, Inc.
SECTION III. That the Mayor of the City of Kalispell is
authorized to evecute all contract documents necessary
to affect the delivery of said "Sludge Hauling Vehicle"
to the City of Kalispell.
