RESOLUTION NO. 3485
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAY . OR TO SIGN AN APPLICATION FOR AN
URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL
IN A SUM NOT TO EXCEED FIVE MILLION DOLLARS ($5,000,000-00) TO
ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE KALISPELL MALL PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Of the City Of Kalispell
that the Mayor of the City Of Kalispell is hereby authorized to sign
an application for an Urban Development Action Grant on behalf of
the City of ' Kalispell in a sum not to exceed Five Million Dollars
for development of the Kalispell Mall Project. I
