RESOLUTION RELATING.TO $875,000
SEWERAGE SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1983;
AWARDING SALE THEREOF AND APPROVING CERTAIN
MATTERS WITH RESPECT THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED By the City council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, as follows.:
-1. The bid of
of and associates (Eh—e Purchaser).,
attached'bereto as Exhibit A, to purchase $875,000 Sewer ' age
System Revenue Bonds, Series 1983 (the Series 1963 Bonds) of
the City, is hereby determined to comply with the Terms and
Conditions of Sale, dated as of August 1, 1983, and to be the
lowest, most reasonable bid for the purchase of the Series 1983
Bonds. The bid of the Purchaser is hereby accepted by the City
and the sale of the Series 1983 Bonds is hereby awarded to the
Purchaser. The bid security of the Purchaser shall be retained
pending delivery of and payment for the Series 1983 Bonds and
the bid security of all other bidders shall be promptly
returned.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a purchase contract with the Purchaser with
respect to the Series 1983 Bonds in the form approved by the
City Attorney.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Kalispell, Montana, this 15th day of August, 1983.
