RESOLUTION NO. 3471
A RESOLUTION TO CONSIDER THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY LOCATED IN
THE SE4, SE�,, SECTION 12 T 28N, R22W, P.M.M., FLATHEAD COUNTY,
MONTANA,, TO BE KNOWN AS THE FIRST ADDITION, PACK ADDITION, ADDITION
NO. 91, ADDITION NO. 156 , TO THE CITY OF KALISPELL, TO FIX A
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING THEREOF; TO PR . OVIDE FOR PUBLICATION OF A
NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
WHEREAS, P and JP's, Inc., a Montana Corporation, now known as
Pack's Brats, Inc., a Montana Corporation, by and through
Ron Pack , its 11resident , the resident freeholder of
certain real property (hereinafter described) outside the corporate
boundaries of the City of Kalispell, being contiguous thereto, have
filed with the City of Kalispell a petition bearing the signatures
of 51% of the resident freeholders in the hereinaft ' er described
property stating that they desire to have said real estate annexed
to the City of Kalispell and requested a Resolution of Intent to
consider the Annexation of the hereinafter described real estate to
the City of Kalispell; and
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell is desirous of annexing the with-
in described property and that it is in the best interests of the
City of Kalispell that said petition be considered by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Kalispell.
NOW AND THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is the intention of the City of Kalispell that
certain real property located in the SE4, SV-4, Section 12, T28N,
R22W, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana, to be designated as the
First Addition, Pack Addition, Addition NO. 91, Addition No. 156
shall be considered for annexation to the City of Kalispell, said
territory is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3- Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 2,
Pack Addition, Addition No. 91 to Kalispell, of
which a plat or map is on file in the Clerk and
Recorder's Office of Flathead County,.Montana, said
point being on the Southerly R/W of U.S. Highway
No. 2 and being on a 1850.00 foot radius curve
concave Southeasterly and having a radial bearing
of S 300 38' 21" E; thence in a Northeasterly
direction and along said R/W through a central
angle of 070 44' 3411 an arc length of 250.00 feet
to a set iron pin (having a radial bearing of
S 22' 53' 47" E); thence leaving said R/W,
S 310 00' 0011 E 104.90 feet to a set iron pin
which is the P.C. of a 110.00 foot radius curve
concave Northwesterly; thence through a central
angle of 720 381 00" an arc length of 139.45 feet
to a set iron pin which is the P.T. of said curve;
thence S 410 38' 00" W 156.00 feet to a set iron
pin; thence N 351 47' 56" W 275.85 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 1.251 acres of
land; subject to and together with all easements
of record. That the said tract be known as
FIRST ADDITION, PACK ADDITION, ADDITION NO. 91 TO
KALISPELL.

will be held by the Kalispell City Council at its regular meeting
held in the C-ouncil Chambers, Kalispell City Hall, commencing at
the 15th day of August 1983.
