A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE MAXIMUM RATE OF INTEREST TO BE PAID
ON SPECIAL SIDEWALK AND CURB WARRANTS OF THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The rate of interest to be paid on special sidewalk
and curb warrants hereafter issued by the City pursuant to
Ordinance No. 846 (Section 24-28, Kalispell City Code) shall
be no greater than 12% per annum from the date of issuance
.of said warrant.
In issuing said warrants the City Clerk --Treasurer shall, through
contracts with authorized City depositories, obtain the best
interest rate therefor with such limitation and issue same
accordingly.
SECTION II. Any other maximum rate of interest payable on said
sidewalk and curb warrants heretofore estahlished by the City
of Kalispell is hereby repealed.
