surveyed, subdivided and platted into lots as shown by the plat hereto annexed, the following described land situated In
Flathead County, to -wit:
Those portions of the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, P.M., M., Flathead
County, Montana, described as follows:
Lot 13A, Lot 13B, Lot 14A, Lot 14B & Lot 15A, Stillwater Bluffs, containing 0.75 acre of land all as shown hereon.
Subject to and together with easements of record.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as Amended Subdivision Plat of Lots 13A, 13B, 14A, 146 & 15A
of Stillwater Bluffs, Flathead County, Montana. We hereby certify that the purpose of this survey is to relocate common
boundaries between existing lots within a platted subdivision, that fewer than five lots are affected, and that no additional lots
are hereby created. Therefore, this survey Is exempt from review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207(1)(d), MCA.
I hereby certify that this division creates a parcels of land that have no existing facilities for water supply, wastewater disposal,
and solid waste disposal other than those that were previously approved by the reviewing authority under Title 76, chapter 4,
part 1, or that were exempt from such review, if:
no new facilities will be constructed on the parcels (Lots i, 2, 3 & 4):
and the division of land will not cause approved facilities to violate any conditions of approval, and will not cause exempt
facilities to violate any conditions of exemption. Therefore, this division is exempt from review by the Department of
Environmental Quality pursuant to ARM 17.36.6O5(2)(b)(I)&(II).
