CERTIFICATE OF DEDICATION
I, the undersigned property owner, do hereby certify that I have caused to be surveyed, subdivided and platted
into lots, blocks, streets and alleys, as shown by the plat hereto annexed, the following described land in the
City of Kalispell, Montana, W-wit;
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 29
North, Range 22 West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana, being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Spring Prairie Mixed Professional One, records of
Flathead County, Montana, said point being on the easterly right-of-way of Stillwater Road;
thence along said easterly right-of-way of Stillwater Road, North 00°01'26" West 490.00 feet to
the southerly right-of-way of Wolfpack Way; thence along said southerly right-of-way of
Wolfpack Way, North 89°5656" East 101.97 feet to the beginning of a 352.56 foot radius curve .
concave southwesterly, with a radial bearing of South 00°04'00" West; thence continuing along
said southerly right-of-way of Wolfpaok Way and along said curve, through a central angle of
34°43'43", an arc length of213.69 feet; thence continuing along said southerly right-of-way of

public, the right to the joint use of an easement for the construction, maintenance, repair, and removal of their
Imes and other facilities in, over, under and across each area designated on this plat as " Utility Easement" to
have and to hold forever.
OWNER CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that these divisions are made for five or fewer lots within a platted subdivision for the
purpose of relocating common boundary lines, pursuant to M.C.A. 76-3-207(Ixd).
I hereby certify that Lot IA is excluded from sanitation review by the Department of Environmental Quality
pursuant to M.C.A. 76-I-125(2xd) as the division is located within jurisdictional areas that have adopted
growth policies pursuant to Title 76, Chapter 1 M.CA or is within a first-class or second class municipality
for which the governing body certifies, pursuant to 76A-127 M.C.A., that adequate storm water drainage and
adequate municipal facilities will be provided.
Pursuant to ARM 24.183.1104(lxf)(iiixc) The certificate of survey must contain the following notation:
"The area that is being removed from one tract of record and joined with another tract of record is not itself a
tract of record. Said area shall not be available as a reference legal description in any subsequent real property
transfer after the initial transfer associated with the amended plat on which said area is described, unless said
