The State of Montana, the undersigned property owner, does hereby certify that it has caused to be
surveyed, subdivided, and platted into lots, blocks, streets, and alleys, and other divisions and
dedications, as shown by the plat hereunto included, the following described tract of land, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29
North, Range 22 West, Principal Meridian, Montana, Flathead County, Montana, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Section 36,
Township 29 North, Range 22 West; thence along the southerly boundary of said aliquot part,
N89'58'06"W a distance of 135.74 feet to the westerly boundary of U.S. Highway No. 93 Kalispell -
Whitefish as shown on State of Montana Right of Way Plans No. F5-3(32)115, records of Montana
Department of Transportation, Helena, Montana, also the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel being
described; thence continuing along the southerly boundary of said aliquot part, N89'58'06"W a
distance of 950.78 feet; thence leaving the southerly boundary of said aliquot part, N00'00'00"E a
distance of 749.22 feet; thence N90'00'00"E a distance of 967.96 feet to the westerly boundary of
said U.S. Highway No. 93 Kalispell - Whitefish; thence along the westerly boundary of said U.S.
Highway 93 Kalispell - Whitefish the following three courses: S00'10'38"W a distance of 499.70 feet,
S14'14'42"W a distance of 61.83 feet, S00'07'29"W a distance of 190.12 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING containing 16.56 acres of land, more or less.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as SPRING PRAIRIE CENTER PHASE
II SUBDIVISION, and the lands included in Reserve Loop shown on said plat are hereby granted and
donated to the use of the public forever. The city of Kalispell hereby accepts the dedication of
Reserve Loop into the city's public street system and hereby agrees to maintain said road_
UTILITY EASEMENTS
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether public or
