The State of Montana, the undersigned property owner, does hereby certify that it has caused
to be surveyed, subdivided, and platted into lots, blocks, streets', and alleys, and other
divisions and dedications, as shown by the plat hereunto included, the following described
tract of land, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 22 West, Principal Meridian,
Montana, Flathead County, Montana, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, Section

feet, N14'14'42"E 61.83 feet, and N00'10'38"E 499.70 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of
the parcel being described; thence S90'00'00"W 938.17 feet; thence N00'00'00"W 871.28 feet
to the beginning of a 382.50 foot radius non -tangential curve concave to the southwest
having a radial bearing of S09'40'52"W; thence along said curve through a central angle of
17'57'25" an arc length of 119.88 feet to the beginning of a 317.50 foot radius reverse
curve concave to the northeast; thence along said curve through a central angle of
27'38'17" an arc length of 153.15 feet; thence N90'00'00"E 680.23 feet to said westerly
boundary of said U.S. Highway No. 93 Kalispell - Whitefish; thence along said westerly
boundary of said U.S. Highway No. 93 Kalispell - Whitefish, S00'10'38"W 796.85 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING containing 17.38 acres of land, more or less.
The above described tract of land is to be known and designated as SPRING PRAIRIE CENTER
PHASE I SUBDIVISION, and the lands included in Treeline Road shown on said plat are hereby
granted and donated to the use of the public forever. The city of Kalispell hereby accepts
the dedication of Treeline Road into the city's public street system and hereby agrees to
maintain said road.
UTILITY EASEMENTS
The undersigned hereby grants unto each and every person, firm or corporation, whether
public or private, providing or offering to provide telephone, telegraph, electric power, gas,
cable television, water or sewer service to the public, the right to joint use of an easement
for construction, maintenance, repair, and removal of their lines and other facilities, in, over,
under, and across each area designated on this plat as "Utility Easement" to have and to
hold forever.
