A RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 336 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A PAVED DRIVING SURFACE AND GRAVEL SURFACE
SHOULDER ON ELEVENTH AVENUE'WEST BETWEEN SEVENTH AND EIGHTH STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA:
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of March, 1983, said Council did pass
and adopt Resolution No. 3455, entitled a Resolution of Intention to
Create Special Improvement District #336; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk -Treasurer of said City did give Notice
of the passage of said Resolution by publishing same for five
successive days in the Daily Inter Lake, a daily newspaper pub-
lished in Kalispell, Montana, beginning on April 3, 1983, and also
on April 1, 1983, true copies of said Notice were mailed to all per-
sons -having real property in said district; and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of April,.1983, at the next regular
meeting of said Council, the Council did conduct a hearing on
said Resolution No. 3455 ' and no protests, written or oral, were
i-iiade or presented against the creation of Special Improvement Dis-
'C-rict 4336, or there were not sufficient protests filed with the

ment NOW THEREFORE, said council does hereby create Special Improve-
- District #336 for the construction of a paved driving surface
a�)d gravel surface shoulder on Eleventh Avenue West between Seventh
and Eighth Streets in that certain area described as follows:
AREA NO. 1
Lot 1 through 6 inclusive of Ken -Way
Addition No. 110, according to the map
or plat thereof on file and of record
in the office of the Clerk and Recorder
of Flathead County, Montana.
AREA NO. 2
Lots 7 through 12 inclusive of Block
Numbered Four (4) of the High School
Addition, according to the map or plat
thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Clerk and Recorder of
Flathead County, Montana.
The approximate cost of said improvements is estimated to be
F4..,ur Thousand Five Hundred Dollars($4,500.00). Said costs of said
iil',<�;rovements shall be assessed against each lot within the district
h,', determining the lots frontage upon the above right-of-way and
assessing each lot as its frontage bears to the whole cost of the

_r;provement to the area of the entire district, as set forth in said
Resolution of Intention hereinabove referred to, and may be paid
ill full upon completion of the contract or in twenty equal semi-
annual installments extending over a period of ten years.
